It is about 52 inches of wrapped skirt at the waist. Wider at the bottom for flare and flirt. It is about 33 inches long from waist to hem. The Ties are 60 inches each (120 inches together)… making for allowances for any size - there is plenty of play. The appliques are fantastic and in multi colors with birds, rabbit and flowers fantastical.
