This is a completely darling vintage-inspired Kensie blouse, in "Blue Maple."  100% cotton.  Features fading, button front, hook-and-eye closures at the wrists, contrast ruffle front, decorative buttons at the bottom hem.  Purchased new, long sold out, worn a handful of times, hand washed in Woolite and dried flat after its last outing.

All Magnolia Pearl is considered one size, this particular piece is cut a bit trimmer than some styles, with approximate measurements with garment laid flat, one way:
