Early Silk Tunic Top with lots of Ruffles
I bought this as "Excellent preowned condition" and have never worn it.
Measurements are:
From the top of the shoulder seam to the longest place on the bottom hem is 43".
From one underarm to the other across the front on a flat surface is 22".
Such a lovely design!
