Stitched on Appliqués and patching with distressing. Lots of beautiful details and colors. Very well made with adjustable buckle at the back of the waist plus multiple button front closure allows these to fit multiple sizes. Photos show aprox minimum & maximum width of waist & length. These have been very gently worn and cold water washed a few times. Hung to air dry only. 
These are hard to come by now. 
So get them while you can.
