Gorgeous vintage dress in delicate lightweight sheer silk organza with silk ribbons. The length can be fully adjusted in 4 spots (2 front, 2 back) by pulling the ribbons to further "bubble" the dress. So you could even wear it as a top or short in front, long in back, etc. The fabric is delicate and any adjusting should be done with care :) Thin straps are not adjustable. There is a tie at the top/bust area which can be adjusted as well. There are raw seams - so threads hanging - not damaged, but part of the unique design. Some of the ribbons are frayed/bent but still 100% functional. Very bubbly and bouncy with a lot of texture!
