Hi. Above the deer's left ear, there is what appears to be a square with stitching. It is not the oval medallion of the necklace.

Hi! I see what you’re describing in the MP photos. My top does not have stitching as seen in the photos of my piece. MP may have initially released the top with that stitching and then removed that stitching piece in subsequent productions.

I think you may be looking at the medallion around the MP model’s neck. There are no patches or appliqués on this piece. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks
