I am the second owner and neither of us wore them - I don't have the tag. These can be worn cuffed, or uncuffed - so I am displaying them with one leg cuffed.
I would not sell these, but they were too small when I bought them, and they continue to be too small. These run on the smaller side with a 17" waist measured across.
I'm starting high, because I love them and will keep them despite not fitting unless a reasonable offer is made.
